TMGNEWS can confirm that the South African Human Rights Commission (SAHRC) has acknowledged an urgent complaint regarding a health and safety hazard at Bachana Mokwena Primary School in Ga-Rankuwa, Pretoria.

The complaint relates to sewage and stagnant water on school grounds - a serious risk to learners, teachers and staff.

WHAT HAPPENED:
After the matter was raised, SAHRC responded in writing stating that the complaint has been:
"forwarded for assessment and determination to our Acting Provincial Manager Ms Mateenah Hunter-Parsonage"

SAHRC says Ms Hunter-Parsonage will revert back with feedback.

WHY THIS MATTERS:
No child should have to learn in an environment with sewage and stagnant water. This is about:
1. Health & Dignity - Learners deserve clean, safe schools
2. Accountability - Public institutions must respond to hazards
3. Community Action - When we speak up, doors open
